+ How do I use my All-Access Pass once I've purchased one?

All-Access passes are available as either physical passes or individualized booking codes.

Physical All-Access passes:

• Please choose this option when checking out.
• Pick up your physical pass at the Metro Cinema at the Garneau Theatre on your first visit to the festival.
• Physical passes allow for your seat to be held for you until 15 minutes before each screening, after which all seats will be open for purchase to the public. Just show up at the door and show your pass.

All-Access passes - Booking using an individualized booking code::

• If you would like to book your tickets in advance using an individualized booking code (so that you are not limited by showing up 15 minutes in advance);
• Please choose this option when checking out.
• We will set you up with a personalized promo code for booking your tickets.
• Please bring your booked ticket(s) with you to your chosen events. You can do so by:
• Printing off your booked ticket(s) to the film you are attending
• Bringing your digital ticket(s)on your phone or device;
• Setting up your Showpass Universal Code. This allows you to use one QR code to scan any ticket associated with your Showpass account. (Even tickets for other events around town!)
• You will receive your code closer to the launch of our film full film schedule lineup.

+ What can I attend with my All-Access pass?

Depending on the pass you have purchased:

• NWF - All-Access pass: ALL NorthwestFest films (May 8-15)
• RVFF - All-Access pass: ALL Rainbow Vision films (May 16-18)
• NWF & RVFF Combo pass: ALL Northwest Fest and Rainbow Visions films
• Opening night events related to the festival pass purchased
• Any special events/classes related to the festival pass purchased

+ How do I pick up my pass?

• You can pick up your physical pass at the Metro Cinema on your first visit to the festival
• Please bring your purchase receipt with you just in case
• either a printed copy or
• a digital copy (on your phone, tablet, etc.)

+ Are there any exceptions to the films I can attend?

If you have purchased a NWF pass, you are limited to NWF films only. With a RVFF pass, you are limited to RVFF films only. Outside of this, the only limitation is whether they are sold out.

+ Where is the Metro Cinema?

The Metro Cinema is located at the Garneau Theatre at 8712 109 St NW, Edmonton. Please allow yourself a good amount of time to find your parking as the Metro Cinema offers only a limited amount of parking directly behind the venue and along the street.
