Volunteers may be required to fill out a health check form for each shift, wear a mask, and be COVID-responsible when dealing with our customers. We are keeping our eye on the trends, and respect the regulations of the theater that is hosting us. (If it becomes necessary to reinstate and more heavily support COVID precautions, we will respectfully do so.) If this sounds like something you can work with, we thank you very much for your donation of time and please fill out our form to get started!

It is a great benefit if you are able to fill out the form before coming to the venue, but if you are unable to, we will have them available at the theatre. Depending on the state of COVID at the time of the festival and if health check forms are required, they must be filled out before every shift and we sincerely thank you for your help in keeping our festival as safe as possible!

If you are unsure about your symptoms and how you are feeling, please err on the side of caution and let Laura our volunteer coordinator know that you will be unable to attend your shift.
